Jack Wolfskin Trailhead 2 Review

"I have owned a Jack Wolfskin Backpack for 2 years now. It has recently started to come apart at the seams. Jack Wolfskin has told me that they no longer hornor the lifetime warranty. Does anybody know what I should do now. I cannot afford to pay and have it repaired, I have been quoted 125$ to repair the seams. I feel that Wolfskin should replace my pack since it is a defect in the seams. So much for the lifetime warranty. I love the pack, it is very comfortable. Who do I report this to? When does a lifetime warranty expire? I would rate this product a 5. I would rate Wolfskins warranty as a negative 5."
