"This is a large fanny pack with about 1000 c.i. of space. It weighs about 1 lb. and is very high quality. It has two water bottles with it and two holsters for them. This is a good fannypack for dayhikes with enough room for lunch and a jacket with room to spare. This pack could even be used for fastpacking as it has strap loops on the bottom for strapping gear on underneith. I have packed mine in this manner but found it lacking in support. A military H harness ($15) was added and it was fine then. I was able to get a Thermarest UL, light sleeping bag, first aid kit, food and a tarp in/on it. The only negative I can find about this fannypack is it doesn’t fit bigger waists. I’m about 40-43 inches and it will just barely fit me. Who’s fault is that I wonder? The best thing is Jansport, once again, comes through with a quality product at half the price of the competitors."
