"I did a couple hundred miles of hiking in southern New Mexico and another hundred in northwest coloroado and my Kelty pack has held up with no problems except for the the chest strap breaking within the first two weeks but it made no difference at all. i have also camped in the adirondacks, poconos, and the great smokies without any problems and the pack is extremely comfortable and versatile with many straps and pockets to hold anything you need. Having a reliable pack is one less thing to worry about after a hard day's hiking."

"I bought a Kelty day pack about six years ago to take with me to Europe. It then became my college pack. I over-stuffed it with heavy text books every week day for four years, plus took it on numerous trips. After all this abuse, my Kelty still looks just about like it did a month after I bought it. It hasn't lost so much as a stich. I'm sold for life."
