"This is my second Coleman/Peak 1 pack and I must say I have liked both.

I went to the Peak flex frame after I fell over and demolished a Gander Mountan pack (I think made by Kelty) the al frame just snaped.

I have also had REI store brand packs and I will say I just like the Peak 1 better.

Problems:

Colors - one choice, Coleman could do better than that. - the Ocone comes in a blue green I think is just pathetic (I was looking for something in Loden Green)

Connection points:
All strap connection points are held in by a flip-type plastic buckle, if you do not zip-tie them down they can wiggle out if you take your pack on an off a lot.

Good points:
Large XPD suspension works to cool off the areas they are on.

The Ocone is the largest pack, worked great for my 6'2' frame.

I would buy one again - but would like to see more colors and snap locks for the straps."
