Review: I just returned from a weekend backpack trip, where I had a chance to use my new North Face Spindrift for the first time, and I am very pleased with the performance of this pack. Before purchasing the Spindrift, I rented an Alpine Lowe Sirocco on two occations, and for a smaller frame woman, It was very ill-fitting and uncomfortable. The North Face Spindrift fit perfectly with little adjustment and is very comfortable with about a 40 pound load. It has many convenient outer compartments and the removeable top/fannypack was great for day hikes. I would recommend this pack for any woman considering the purchase of a serious pack."
