"When I first bought these boots I was very impressed with their support and relatively quick break in time. The only thing that was bad about these boots was that they had plastic supports on the side of the boots that tended to catch on things and also the lace hooks bended out a few times. I called the company about this problem and I was sent a replacement pair of the next model year immediately! The new pair seems to be much better with improvememts such as an extra set of lace holes and the plastic supports being covered up. The lacing system is very impressive with a tight, uniform fit every time"
