"i've had surgery on my right leg/ankle (tendon probs) and always look for sturdy boots. Well, these are IT. Rugged, they hold my ankle in place and i can go for miles in these boots, right out of the box. love the moveable tongue, with velcro, helps with fatigue on long days. these boots just take a beating, yet feel like bedroom slippers. a bit heavy, but its worth it."
