"heavy overlap style leather hiking boot, Norwegian welt, full leather lining. resoled twice. if treated well, these boots can handle any terrain and survive years of abuse. they are still and require a fairly long time to fully break in. over time, the point where the tongue was attached to the boot began pressing down painfully on the top of my foot. easy to waterproof. location of the lacing hooks can make this boot hard to lace up at times."
