"In the Pacific Northwest, you’ve gotta have rain protection! I don’t mean a PreCip jacket either. This is such a great jacket. Two layer, GORE-TEX, waterproof, shell. Light enough to use all year as rain protection. But you can also zip in any heavy, YKK-zippered, liner for winter activities. I am very pleased with this jacket because it is so well thought out. The multiple draw-cords allow you to adjust your jacket to any environment. The pockets can be accessed with your pack still on. The extra-long pit zips allow you to vent while hiking or in warmer weather. I got one in ORANGE."
