Moonstone Advantage Jacket Review

"Moonstone makes some very robust Gore-tex gear. I had a Moonstone Advantage jacket for about ten years, and when it started to get a bit porous I replaced it with a new one. It has the best pocket arrangement of any parka I've seen, with two capacious cargo pockets right at chest level, backed by zip-close handwarmer pockets. Unfortunately, Moonstone was recently acquired by a larger firm, and has shifted some of its production to low-cost factories in Asia (like just about every other gore-tex outerwear maker) so examine stitching carefully prior to purchase."
