"An excellent design, very compact, light and comfortable compared to older incandescent AA models. While not as bright as a double-D-cell flashlight, it is always pointing right where you need it, your hand are free, and battery life (3xAAA) is excellent. Don't overtighten the headstrap; it is quite elastic and holds well without giving you a headache."

"Definitely worth the $9.99 I paid for it at Target. I've used Petzl Tikkas and this is on par with them. The lamp pivots, and features 2 white LEDs and 1 red LED, you can switch over. For about $20 less, you can get this headlamp, two thumbs up."
