Mountain House Eggs w/bacon (single serving) Review

"I was not excited about the freeze dried eggs w/bacon from Mountain House. The taste was "OK" at best, but the texture was similar to chewing on something semi-sponge like. I like most of Mountain House's freeze dried food, but this one kind of bombed. They need to go back to the drawing board with this meal. Would I eat it if there was nothing else left? Sure I would, but you wont find it in my backpack."
