Nomad Tropical Hammock Review
Reviews
Zaring Robertson, 2/9/99
"Two layers of nylon/cotton fabric; weighs 18oz. This item is much more comfortable than the "pocket" sized net hammocks, as there are no strings digging into flesh and you don't get caught while shifting around. On buggy or cool nights, you can sleep BETWEEN the fabric layers. Even though I have a history of back trouble, I have so far (5 nights) experienced no morning stiffness. $30 from Brigade Quartermasters may sound a bit pricey, but this item is way cheaper than a Blue Ridge bivy, and replaces your sleeping pad (if you're willing to tarp). The quality looks good so far."
