"Bought the techamphibian for cruising around the USVI and the BVI in the Caribbean. This is a great shoe that multitasks, as you do not need to pack extra shoes for that jaunt into town after or during your water adventure. The shoe has great drainage and I was quite surprised at how quickly the inner sole dried. Also liked the collapsible heal feature for when you just need to slip them on quickly, like a clog. Couple things though. Wear the shoes around the house to identify the rigid spots that will rub or poke your bare feet. You won’t feel them while your trying them on at the store, but they are there. Also, pull the lace tight and tighten the heel adjustment so you won’t lose them in fast water. Overall the tech is an excellent H2o shoe and comfortable for walking the paths of Jost Van Dyke, making it truly amphibious! "
