"Given the weight of this bag I was sleptical of its 20 degree rating. When I crawled in it felt so light. Well I spent two nights in the Catskills recently, in a pretty shabby tent, under windy conditions. Temps. droped to about 25 degrees. I had a pair of long-johns and a tee shirt on, and was toasty warm.
I think the bag has been replaced by a 775 model. In any case it worked well. Pricey, but you can't beat the waranty. I bought this bag about eighteen months ago, and this was the coolest weather I'd used it in. If it didn't work well, you can bet I'd have sent it back to Bean."
