Big Agnes Emerald Mountain SL 1 Review

"I was all set to order an Atko from Hilleberg when I checked BA just for the heck of it. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the description of this tent. It was almost unbelievable, but I bought one anyway...saved quite a bit over the Atko and when you look at the spes, I got so much more room! I set it up yesterday right after it got here. Not only does it sound big inside...it is! WOW! At 6'2" it's tough to find something that's big enough but this is it. And at less than four pounds. The pack size is small and when I put a compression girdle on the tent bag, I got it down nearly half the size so it will pack anywhere in my bag. If you are looking for a genuinely roomy solo tent, this one is worth a look!"
