"I have owned my Bibler I-Tent for over 2 years, and use it a LOT!! On a recent 21 day canoe/camping trip to Quetico Ontario, Canada I broke two of the poles (my fault); One for the tent and the other for the vestibule. Upon my return, I emailed Black Diamond with the dimensions and asked if they could sell me just the individual replacement poles rather then the entire set. To my surprise, they mailed both poles at no cost, not even a shipping charge. Now that is service!!
Tent is repaired and ready for my next adventure."
