"I have used the Timberlite 3 as 2 person tent for two very large people and have seen others use it for three people as advertised. Good ventilation control. The optional vestibule is very helpful but the annex did not do anything for me (used it once and put it away). I have been through heavy rains and never had a drop get inside. Good value for the money. The Aspenlite line that has come out since has a nice center pole added to the A-frame and a built in vestibule. However, I have had not problems with the straight A-frame design. I have used my Timberlite over 30 or 40 nights and it still looks like new."

"I got this tent for $185. At the time it was one of the lightest 3 man tents out there (6 lb.). It is an A frame tent so headroom isn’t as good as a dome tent. It does have enough room to put a full sized air mattress in and still have room for gear. Eureka tents are high quality tents and I never have quality concerns. It is three season but I use it year round with no trouble. It sets up with ease and doesn’t take too long to do it. A really nice all around tent for two."
