Bota of Boulder Safari Filter Bottle Review

"I just made the switch from a First Need filter to the Bota filter bottle on a 5-day trip on Isle Royale National Park. Isle Royale is notoriously tough on traditional water filters with much clogging due to the siltiness of the water sources. I was very pleased with the Bota bottle's performance and plan to continue using them on multi-day trips. Although they don't improve the source water's taste as well as the First Need, they suffice and they are much easier to use and much lighter. All in all, I prefer using them over a conventional filter."
