Description
The trail appears not to have been maintained in a long time. After about 1 1/2 the trail vanishes. After doing a sweep I picked it back up about 1/4 mile further only for it to vanish again. I never found it again. The area is very dense with creaves and drop-offs. I finally gave up and walked in the creek to get back to the trailhead. Ran into 3 other hikers that has spent 2 days trying to find the same trail and they were giving up also.

Directions to Hike
Go north on Hwy 33 from Double Springs into the Bankhead N.F. At 12 miles turn onto Co. Rd. 6. There is a right turn onto a dirt road for the Borden Creek Trail (200). Trails 200, 224, 207, 203 all split from this point. Bankhead has some great trails but this one is best left alone.

Contact Information
There is a ranger station on the edge of the national forrest.
