Description
This can be a 15 mile hike if you go to Chinnabe Lake and back but if you stop at Chinnabe creek you\'ll make it at 10.6. The Forrestry Service conducted a controled burn on March 12, 2008 so the entire area is pretty much burned up. Not a lot of scenery now but you don\'t have briars either. The trail isn\'t so bad going but is a thigh buster coming back.

Directions to Hike
Go to Cheha Park on 281 and keep going past. You will past the Chinnabe Silent Trail parking lot at 4.5 miles but keep going. 281 will dead end at about 9 miles past the State park. This is the trailhead for Skyway. Go straight into the woods in front of the car.
