Description
(It's been a couple of years) Starts across the highway from the ocean and goes up into the forest, with spectacular ocean views for much of the way up. There's a creek about 4 or 5 miles up with a campsite - picnic tables and such. There's also some streams along the way. The real attraction of this hike is the ocean views - when the sun is beating down on you and you get a cool ocean breeze and you get to look out at that view, man!!

Directions to Hike
It's off of HWY 1 in the southern part of Monterey County, and you'll need to get a wilderness permit from the Los Padres National Forest. It's right across the highway from a beach RV campsite.
