Description
When you're already in the area for a backpacking trip, just stop by this short jaunt up a hill to see this magnificent waterfall before you leave. Though it's not actually a hike, It's a beautiful place to frolic after a hike.

Directions to Hike
Take US 23/441 north from Tallulah Falls for 3 mi. to the Rabun Beach Rec. Area sign. Turn left on the unnumbered county road and follow the signs to the Rec. area. Continue west past the rec area for about 1 mi. and turn left (gravel road that crosses the river) just below Seed Lake Dam. Follow the left-side fork in the road for about 1.7 mi. to a small sign marking the trail on the right side of the road

Toccoa Ranger District, offices on Hwy. 76/515 APD just east of Blue Ridge. The most convenient place to get additional info would be at the Rabun Beach Rec. Area, though, with Rangers that live in the camping area nearby.
