Description
this is a wonderful place to go for either beginner or plan just passionate outdoorsman or backpackers, however if you are like me and would rather avoid mosquitos and other annoying intrusions in the outdoors i suggest going during the winter were the only negative is preparing for a cold hour long fairy ride to the island. your best bet once arriving on the island is to stay on the move in between campsites which isn\'t rely that bad considering its only about 4 miles at tops between most campsites on the island. this also gives you the chance to take in the historic island as well as catch a glimpse of some of the wild horses which are almost impossible to miss. just make sure you watch out for the racoons when it comes to storing food

Directions to Hike
look up cumberland island web site to make fairy arrangements through st marys
