Description
A great one day hike. There are actually 2 routes you can take a short or long trail. The long trail is great, filled with all sorts of wildlife like White-Tail Deer, Birds, fox, the occasional black bear etc. The trail parallels the Cape Fear River.

Directions to Hike
From Sanford NC, take 421 towards Lillington. The Park is about 15 miles outside of Sanford on your left. From Dunn NC stay on 421 go through Lillington. It will be about 10 miles outside of town on your right.
