Description
This hike bgins in a small, wooded drainage and winds up to the top of a ridge that reveals the Imnaha Scenic Wilderness area. The hike than heads down to the bottom of the Imnaha Scenic Wilderness area and percedes down the Imnaha to Blue Hole. This is an excellent place for trout fishing and catching glipses of giant Chinook Salmon swimming through he log jams.

Directions to Hike
Head towards Joseph, Oregon in the far NE corner of the state. Take a left on the Imnaha highway and than 5 mile later take another left on the Eagle Cap Wilderness access road. Take another left on Lick Creek Road approx. 20 miles up Eagle Cap Road. 2 mile and than you will meet up with Lick Creek Trail head.
The hike follows Lick Creek Trail and than at a fork take a left and head down the Imnaha Wilderness trail. 2 mile from there is Blue Hole.
