Description
The atmosphere is great. There is a low to moderate level trail which runs along a large stream. Plenty of beautiful sights along the way. There is also a historic aspect once you get to the actual mill. (which is now closed). This is a great trail for an afternoon hike.

Directions to Hike
From Pittsburgh: take 279 North to 79 North. It is exit 29, signs for McConnel's Mill and Moraine state park are there. It is down the road for a few miles, follow signs, it is on the left.
