RE: Internal Frame Packs???
I'm wondering that my self. Monday I'm going to campmor and EMS to check them out. I'm really going to buy a pezil tikka, and a T-rrest Ultra light 3/4. But I'll take a gander at the packs

Tea -

Ramsey's has the Osprey packs. I don't think Campmor does.

Boy, they had some idiots working there the other night.

RE: Internal Frame Packs???
get a gregory palisades and your done for life. it is a great pack. add gregory side pockets and it carries a ton. has one large outside pocket. it is a smaller version of the gregory shasta. wife has a gregory forester which is a wee bit smaller but also a real comfortable pack and carries alot. also can add the side pockets for sandals, crampons etc. gregory really stands behind there stuff. hiked 11 days in glacier with companion with a dana design taraplane(sp) and we both thought my gregory out performed the dana and it is somewhat cheaper.

I've been using a Macpac Ravine since last winter.
Its simple and rugged......kinda like me!.....
At 4,400 I'm thinking its STILL too big!
