NPR Radio This Morning

“I like what NPR Radio had to say this morning, in essence that the strength of America is in its people, and now more than ever, we don't need to neglect education, the poor, the hungry, and the jobless.”

Terrorists may have been able to strike at the "heart" of capitalism, but our schools, social programs, economy and government are stronger than ever." And, hopefully, we can secure ourselves from attack with as little erosion in personal freedoms as possible(although I suspect this will be the taller order).”

“I have to agree with bluebelch. NPR has a lot of fine programming but leans far enough to the left to need a stick to keep it from falling over. I personally don't favor such a "strong government" strong armed forces- absolutely but the two aren't the same.and I am afraid that it will be a whopper by the time we're through this.”
