can't make a case for his claim...

passing on backing up his 1st response claim...

I'm seeing a pattern here.

Certainly it's a stronger case than repeating "war is war". - Y2

LOL - now you're projecting. After being refuted categorically, the only thing you have left is repeating "Iraq is Lost" "Afghanistan is Lost".

One thing everyone seems to forget is that after the first gulf war we had a CEASE FIRE agreement with Saddam, that is all!

The very first time he fired at one of our sorties (thats aircraft flights) we had complete legal justification to go back in and take him out. We did not need to go to the U.N. We did so as a courtesy. And to try to build a coalition.

If you are going to dispute that please use specific legal precedent to support your argument. No mindless dribble please, you are making me nauseous with your complete lack of understanding that goes no further that stuff you hear and repeat. One reason we have drawn the ire of the world is because we stood up to terrorism, and stirred things up.
But like a hornets nest on a playground, you kill the hornets even if it pisses them off.
Your enemies will always try to fight back.
You can either be a man or a mamas boy (Lib)

Also to many people don't understand that if other countries in the region would "man up" and apply pressure instead of appeasement, these problems could be solved without military force.

One reason we have drawn the ire of the world is because we stood up to terrorism, and stirred things up - ah, high comedy - homorous post of the week - and a prime example of why America foreign policy had got an F in the past few years.

A neocon fiddling with his folly once-again.

An interesting though in all this though, is that the abject failings of these policies may make it easier for the Obama administration to make progress. Or maybe it'll just look that way as it can't do any worse.

No WMD.   No ties to al Qaida.   No threat.

The imbecile started a war anyway and all those people died for nothing.   The imbecile would do it again if it got the chance.

“wait wait..... "They hate us because we're free."”

I think it'd be closer to say they hate us because we are independent. Rooting for America is kind of like rooting for the Yankees. The Islamic nations hate us because we are not Muslim.

The majority of Muslims probably have no clue or even give a rat's ass about America.

Help me make it through the night, Saleboard.
