Unfortunately so do hikers and backpackers,we all share responsibilty.

“who controls the management of the land Tilt? Not every trail is a good candidate for mtnbikes. I love to ride, but some places get too much run off or are just poorly postiioned for the abuse. Other area can handle it better.

The land manager should take that into account.

Horses create similar issues.

All that being said, ALL trail users should participate in the work to keep the resource enjoyable for everyone.

Around here - along the Front Range - the mtn bike community is HUGE - and I think that most (not all) of them do their part. Of course, the same people that ride, also hike, backpack, climb, fish..... and spend a lot of time outside.”
