I am day hiking this weekend, maybe to Kelly's Run/Pinnacle Overlook.

I need to work on getting my legs back.

July 4th weekend I join The Fridge and Company in West Virginia.”

“I'll be cleared for running/weight bearing on Monday.

Training for CO in Sept has already begun. I'm currently managing 5 miles of rocky PA trail (with only a couple f-bomb utterances) every other day. I'll start increasing that this Tues morning.

I expect to be up to 15-20 mile days with a pack on by the end of July.

“i went to my wisconsin house and played by the lake. we had an awesome time. i did some cleanup work around the yard and on sunday had a huge allergy attack despite taking my zyrtec. i still feel wiped out.”

“I did some yard work. It was so hot and humid Saturday that I broke out in a full sweat just hosing off the back porch.”

“I hear ya, Chili. I don't want to think about all of the weeding I need to do in the garden. Ugh. Ice cubes in cups don't last long at all outside, even if they're in the sun.”
