Quail eggs!
So as I was feeding my Quail tonite I noticed an egg, then another etc...till I counted 7! I hadnt realized they were mature yet. I had noticed a particularly amorous male with quite the libido. Evidently he was a BIG hit with the ladies...Unfortunately the eggs werent fertile but are still neat!

Laqtis, some fancy restaurants serve quail eggs. I dont know if these are good or spoiled. They are tiny, maybe an inch long or so.

Quail eggs in a sushi bar are quite the treat.

You serve them on a float of soy sauce, tonkatsu and a sprinkle of red pepper and sliced scallions.

I like them this way.

I like them less when they are served as a float in a glass of hot sake'.
