cadmiums are more brilliant in oil, but acrylics can 'build' better, and the other side of the spectrum is nice in acrylic. sap green is an exception. i love it in oil.

you can get thin washes of oil to dry faster than built acrylic, tho.

Lana aquarelle hot press for watercolor. Leave the Arches crap on the shelf.
Rives BFK for everything else.
