(most recipes are guarded to the equivalent of how we guard our bar-b-que sauce recipes around here).. then add redfish.. lump crab, and shrimp.. cook it down.. give it a good 2-3 hrs to let it all simmer in good for flavor.. pour over rice.. and toss a hint of celery and green onions over it all.
