RE: Favorite waterfalls
Lower Calf Creek Falls, 12 miles from Escalante Utah on the Boulder Highway. Requires a 2-3 mile hike, but is quite beautiful in it's red rock slot canyon setting.

One mustn't forget Niagra Falls. I've never seen so much power anywhere. More water falls over that ledge in a day than we even have in the whole state of Utah.

RE: Favorite waterfalls
Taughannock Falls outside of Ithica N.Y. is nice. Greeter Falls in Savage Gulf is pretty nice. Of course, Niagra Falls is something everyone should see at least once if possible.

RE: Favorite waterfalls
Falls halfway up Algonquin and the falls on Gothics, Indian Falls - especially in the winter, but nice to sit in and contemplate the Great Range in the summer (wish I knew how to use a scanner). They are all in the Adirondack High Peaks.

RE: Favorite waterfalls
Deer Creek, AZ. I liked the bench under the waterfall, and being able to cup the water and drink from it. Also, it was hot out, so it was a cool place to sit and get wet.
