Thanksgiving

I got a turkey deep-fryer outfit for Christmas last year after having deep fried turkey at a friend's house. They are delicious, juicy, and not oily...not even the skin. Honest! You fry in peanut oil. After the oil cools, you filter it and save for re-use.

You typically inject it with a jar of marinade to give it flavor and make it extra moist inside. I tonly takes 45 minutes to cook. My family liked it.
