“Spock, I didn't go to Canada. I never had plans to go to Canada. I was going to NY for Thanksgiving but cancelled, because I bought a house, and I'm moving tomorrow.

“Guess who just called to wish me a Merry Christmas?

That`s right,.. the missing lips!

She`s doing fine and seems real happy with her new home, but still hasn`t gotten her internet hooked back up.

She sent her wishes for a Merry Christmas to you all!”

“Tell Lipstick Merry Christmas. I'm glad she likes her new place, I've been wondering about her. Did she say how the kitties like it? I hope she gets her internet back soon!”

“Has she got kitties? I knew about the bird, ... er,..Merlin, but I didn`t know about the additions.”

“You know, I think I may have her pet confused with someone else's. It seems that everyone I know has a pet or three and I'm afraid I don't always keep them sorted out. Did she mention anything else?”

“She was intrested in everyone and fired off a thousand questions in the blink of an eye! You know how she can be asking questions, don`t you?LOL

Grace hasn`t lost any of her wit or charm and she did ask about you Skully and Steve Hiker, Cindy Lu and Liz`s name came up too,..just to name a few.LOL

I think she asked about everyone and tried to get caught up on things as much as she could in the short amount of time we did talk.

She thinks Lizs is mean to me, or maybe it was me thinking that, but it did come up.LOL

She lives only five blocks from the bay and they take walks down there often. She told me it had rained there almost every day for about a month. She says the weather there has been beautiful as of late and they`ve been riding their bikes a good bit. Oh,.. she didn`t say so in our talk, but she told me one of their favorite places to go is a park there overlooking the bay. It has a lot of trees and walk ways and an old fireplace that she can build a fire in and set under her blanket and read a book as she glances up and looks out at the ships that pass by.

We talked about her roses and her fireplace, her neighbors, what she got for Christmas and about her plans for the near future. For the most part, she is living day to day and enjoying every moment of it,.. sounds like.

It was a hoot hearing her voice again and she seems more southern every time I talk to her! Maybe there`s hope for that girl yet!LOL”

“Yes,... she paints beautiful pictures of her home, life and surroundings for me when we talk, or when we ICQ and I miss her way of seeing the world. I like looking through Grace`s eyes and seeing it as she does.

We haven`t talked in well over a month and it was good to get caught back up. Actually we have only talked three times on the phone, but through her posts, ICQ and E-Mail I feel like I know her very well and I count her amoung my dearest friends.

She tells everyone she`s younger than me, but she treats me like I`m her younger brother. It`s pretty nice having her look after me and the fact she cares, but she`s mean to me!LOL
