Mine would be the virago 1100. I have the 750, a 1996 750 to be exact. The new fad is to make the heaviest bike possible and that forward control thing. I'm kinda short and really like my feet underneath me. The viragos are so light and fit me so good, I only wish they were still made. I've ridden on the back lots and driven some but this is my first very own bike after 20 years of not riding. It was so easy to get the hang of. I've put over 4000 miles on it in 4 months and wonder what I'm going to do when I wear it out. I'd like to move up but there's nothing out there that suits me as well. Oh, don't get me wrong, the new crops of bikes out there are awesome but I really hate forward controls. I have a mustang seat ordered, that's going to help with my butt problem. I think the vibration has helped cure my plantar faciaius (sorry spelling). I've been able to do a little motorcycle camping. I'm pretty out of shape not being able to f'ing walk for about 9 months. The vasque sundowners have really helped. I've started wearing them exclusively and my foot has done much better. Just in case you need to know.

I have a 2000 Yamaha XT 350 I like a lot. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but that what I like about it. It's just a good solid reliable design that's been around since 1986. I was looking for something simple and inexpensive to ride with low maintenance. It's great for my purposes. They discontinued it after 2000.

I have a 1973 Kawasaki 750 2-stroke. It's built just for acceleration, which it does well! I used to drag race it; she'd do mid-10's.

margo, I have a 1999 Yamaha Virgo 535 that I bought new. That was the last year for that model. I love my bike. Here in WA State, I ride year round.

Lookingglass loves his Aprilia Mille RSV 1000.

I've owned everything from a Bultaco', Kawasaki's (500 triple, the original pocket rocket) to Honda's , it would have to be Ducati.
