“I know it's kind of hot down here in the south this evening, but I'm making red beans & rice for supper. Sliced and browned up some italian sausage links and threw them in the pot with the beans.

Mmmmm.....”

“I am just now eating a quick easy to fix one pan meal of sauteed fresh cut off corn, green beans, bell pepper, broccili onion, crook neck squash all right of the ole garden, melted cheese on top - not much with a couple cucumbers and a little balsamic dressing with a big chunk of store bought marinated artichoke.
