A religion that passes through the stages of Magic, Myth, and belief systems, requires all participants to experience ritualistic behaviours, master several meditation techniques, and employ psychology to aid in deep self-observation and self-understanding until the need for religion has been outgrown.
Ultimately, conscousness, (deep feeling-awareness), would be expericned as the basis of reality itself.

IMHO, whether or not we think we need religion, religion needs us. i design my religion as i live my life...otherwise, i'd be "dead." or better-put, i incorporate my experiences into my world-view. sometimes what you think you want to be your religion does not turn out to be the best thing for you. sometimes you have to assimilate yourself to a design.

“Well, not to get "semantical", but I do not use the word "religion" for "spirituality". Religion involves repeated and ritualistic behavior, which is not a negative necessarily, but can be outgrown.
I am talking about a stark and complete realization that supercedes religion. Bliss is a by-product of this realization.
