Bandelier Nat'l Mon. “Howdy Everyone, I'm new so here's a little intro before my question. I am 23, been bping for about 8 yrs. I spent the summer of 2000 washing dishes in Kennicott, AK - an awsome place if you ever get the chance to go, I highly recommend it. I am currently residing in Richmond, VA, working as a QA chemist for a pharmeceutical company. My question concerns Bandelier National Monument, in New Mexico. I am looking for info of backcountry trials. I am thinking of visiting in the middle of March and am trying to do some peliminary planning. I'll be there for about 5 days, and I'm looking to do a lengthy trip, while seeing some of the ruins. If anyone has any experience there I would like to hear about them. Thanks.” 8:08:40 PM 11/21/01 RE: Bandelier Nat'l Mon. “Avocado? or Avogadro? holy cow, this just reminded me. Has anybody heard about the fine structure constant changing?? Tilt? What's up with that? Is it the speed of light, Plank's constant or the electronic charge that's changing?” 9:12:14 PM 11/21/01 RE: Bandelier Nat'l Mon. “At least I remember your phone number: 6.02 x 10^23” 9:29:45 PM 11/21/01 RE: Bandelier Nat'l Mon. “Cold-windy beyond belief- gotta carry water, just about anywhere in New Mexico- You might contact the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Lots of Resevations/sovreign lands up north--I was a kid and had some family at Crown Point (near Gallup) we turned north off I-40 and were in the wilderness--Black Canyon-I think- enjoy” 10:11:25 PM 11/21/01
