Quickbooks 99 Question (F&*K)

“Anybody use Quickbooks 99. I assessed finance charges for the monthly statements. It shows they have been assessed and has added the amount to the accounts in the computer, however it will not print the statements showing the charges or the new total due on the account. What is the problem? I tried deleting the FC and re-assessing, but it still won't print out on the statments. ARRRGHH! Help!”

“ummm. prolly a printing problem that's not related to quickybooks.”

“Ummmm, thanks Rad. But I'm sure that isn't it. Quickbooks site sucks ass by the way.”

“My first bit of advice is to ditch the program and get a new one. we currently are in the process of switching from QB 2001. the stupid program shows our balance sheet out of balance and reports no errors . . . go figure! And whats more the pinheads in tech support don't know what to do.

aside from that check your date range for the statement and make sure that it includes the date of your FC.

oh yeah . . . their tech phone line sucks even worse!

“Figured it out. I had the statement date set as the 25th and I forgot to set the FC to the same date. It was on the 26th. Duh! Man, I'm an idiot. Thanks. QB still sucks.”
