Who's missing since the big TT change?

I have noticed this site can take a few seconds to load, which probably doesn't translate to 'dial up' very well. I hope everyone will hang in there. I'm sure Matt will do some more testing.

One thing that I've noticed while working on a website, with high speed internet, is that even when you test it on dial up, you have lost the sense of what reasonable load time is.

It happens almost immediately... everything seems slow, at 56k, and it's difficult to remember what your patience level was. One thing's for sure... I could never go back.

“OK... I have got to admit to liking the Spock=BacPac notion. After all, Spock made BacPac look good.

Spock also so lacked any sense of humour that it did raise the possibility that someone found it so amusing to play the role of "Spock" that there was not need for Spock to be funny.

Now it seems a little silly to nave a different nickname for TT than anyone in my "real" life knows. On the other hand, then if one of my friends from my "real" life happens to stumble on TT they won't know it is me.”
