Trailtalk is like one big car trip in an extremely large van. It's filled with unlikely stories and sleep-inducing games. So, with that in mind...

Each letter of the alphabet (except 'x') has a national park - see www.nps.gov/parks.html for a list. Is anyone out there able to recite a complete alphabet of national parks you've visited? X, of course, is a freebie.

Oh, BTW, the game includes all NPS sites, not just technical "national parks".

V, Q
Voyageur NP is my preference for V.

Quetico Provincial Park of Ontario borders Minnesota. Does it count? Years ago I saw a MN road map that seemed to include a US extension or counterpart of the park in MN. It was probably an error in my reading.

Here's my best shot at Q:

there is:
Quinebaug and Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor

in northeastern Connecticut and south central MA has been called "the last green valley" in the
Boston-to-Washington megalopolis.
