Not too bad but that song Righteously is like nails on a chalk board to me. When she song it live and got to this verse… “Flirt with me don't keep hurtin' me Don't cause me pain Be my lover don't play no game Just play me John Coltraine” “Just play me John Coltrain” sounded like “Just play me choco-train”. My buddy and I looked at each other and said, “What the phuck is a choco-train?”. It has become a running joke with us now about Lusinda ridin’ the choco-train. LOL! The things we think we hear!” 9:18:00 AM 9/18/03 “Righteously... I think that's on her new album, right? The newer one is not too great.” 9:21:30 AM 9/18/03 “Yeah, it's her big hit off the new one.” 9:28:09 AM 9/18/03 “Prolly my least favorite of her albums.” 9:33:27 AM 9/18/03 “In a couple hours I'll be seeing Chris Smither live, at The Ark in Ann Arbor. Buddur - "Blue Floyd"? Is this like a pink floyd tribute band?” 2:44:41 AM 9/28/03 You Say The Hills Too Steep To Climb.....CLIMB IT! “Listening to the last of the 3 Blue Floyd CDs of that 2-15-00 show. And kind of Chips76, it was band (but not a *tribute* where they dressed and acted like the band) that toured on the premise of "a blues interpretation of Pink Floyd music". It consisted of... Matt Abts (drums, percussion), Marc Ford (guitars, vox), Johnny Neel (keys, harp, vox), Berry Oakley Jr. (bass, percussion, vox) and Allen Woody (guitars, mandolin, lap steel, vox.) I saw the show 3 days later than this one in Cleve on 2-18-00 and it is on my top 3 list of favorite/memorable concerts of all time. Why don't you purchase one of the other two shows and we'll copy and swap the music, eh???” 9:13:25 AM 9/28/03 “Tom Petty” 11:43:18 AM 9/28/03 “Delirous,Passion, Matt Redman, Paul Oakely and 3rd Day.” 12:16:53 PM 9/28/03 You say you'd like to see me try... “Hmmm, Blue Floyd? I don't listen to music when I use the computer, or reading for that matter. I find it distracting. I know a few friends that gotta have a radio on...no matter what they're doing.....background noise for them...I guess.” 1:23:54 AM 9/29/03 “oh my gosh, has anyone heard "Volcano" by Damien Rice? it is AWESOME and a half. i have got to get that CD!” 9:22:06 AM 9/29/03 Newwwwwwwwwwww Bonnaroooooooooooooooo “The new Bonnaroo Music Festival 2003 CD of various artists just arrived today. I pre-ordered a special edition version that comes enhanced with the 2003 DVD trailer, a 40 page collector's booklet featuring pictures, quotes and Bonnaroo commentary. It's obvoius by listening to the vastly different sounds/songs that they picked these bands to reach as many different musical tastes as possible. Because there are many bands left out of this 2-CD package, therefore, I'm sure they'll release another CD that'll contain more lesser-known bands but kickass music none the less.” 6:32:40 PM 9/30/03 “The Faint, "Danse Macabre." but truthfully, the baby's napping so i don't have anything on RIGHT now.” 6:37:04 PM 9/30/03 “If one must know,...It's "Sarah Yellin'" from 3 Doors Down. 8) www.3doorsdown.com If you click on that link, watch your volume. Cruise around. These guys are great. They're sort of the band of the week. You should have taste for post-grunge music.” 1:19:02 AM 10/01/03 Bela Fleck and the Flecktones “A good friend of mine works for the Philadelphia Orchestra. He's getting us tickets to see Bela Fleck at the Kimmel Center on October 12th! Might even get to go backstage and meet Bela after the show!” 4:10:18 PM 10/01/03 “I found a cool MP3 of a drum solo done by Tool. It’s a long solo dubbed over snippets from the Simpsons. It’s worth finding!” 8:42:13 AM 10/02/03 “Not sure who exactly but at my new office they play this really cool jazzy type stuff. NO MORE MUZAK!!!” 10:00:39 AM 10/02/03 “LOL @ crazygurl !” 10:06:58 AM 10/02/03 “Nigal, that piques my interest. I am one of the people who still loves drum solos and the Simpsons are always fun!” 10:08:08 AM 10/02/03 “I've got "underground radio" going. You forget about these songs after all these years. Makes me want to grow my hair out again.” 10:12:51 AM 10/02/03 “Grateful Dead - Samson and Deliah.” 2:34:31 PM 10/03/03 “If I had my way, I WOULD TEAR THIS OLD BUILDING DOWN!!!
