“I have three TT's and about 1000 lps that I refuse to get rid of or stop playing, Chili. I branched out into CDs a long time ago, but own many collectors items on vinyl that are either irreplacable or are not available on CD. I also have no intention of putting them up for sale or ditching in any way. I did try to get a needle (or stylus as it was known in ancient times) a few years back. You should see the reactions you get when you ask. You might as well be from Pluto asking directions to the White House. I do have a guy who can get a needle for most turntables. If you need help there, I can get it done...”

It is cool as hell. You control the volume by opening or closing the two little doors on the front. It still plays. I also have nearly 200 78s with it and a few are really neat. I have a record that First Lady Woodrow Willson did singing G-d Bless America to raise money for the Red Cross plus gobbs or swing and flapper music.”
