Still saturated with darkNEWday. Twelve Year Silence.

Heal In Time

This time
I'm all right but something is broken.
But, will it heal in time?
It's all right.
Some words that were spoken leave a mark.
And change your mind.

Hi Nigal,

SevenDust puts out great material as well. DarkNewDay appeals to me because of the personal meaning of much of their music. Their music is melodic, yet some of it is angry and about what's unacceptable. It's about what's wrong.

So I'm standing in line at Kohls department store as my wife destroys yet another credit card and they have these Cds sitting there for sale with all proceeds going to children's hospitals. It's only $5 and it's called Live from Vegas. It's got all the greats on it; Sinatra, Bobby Darrin, Dean Martin, Nat King Cole...Sounds great!

slimmer..
The sound clips for that cd set you picked up were good. I just might have to "pick" that up and check it out.

I play guitar and mandolin, always fun to sit with a CD and figure it out. Thanks for the recommendation!

Crash Bang - "Which album?" You mean they have more than one? OMG!

While Artex lived in Florida he was all hopped up(on what I don't know) about going to Orlando to see the White Stripes. I bought a CD to see what was so exciting about them. It became obvious that different people have different tastes.

I don't know which one it is. I can't locate the original. This one is a back-up copy that I burned. As far as what is on it, I might describe it as noise. I was only getting the dust off from it.

Hey, wait, Crash Bang. I may still make the grade. Can I be qualified with two albums of Jaco Pastorius? And I've been listening to Treebeard's Saturday shows. I even brought up the Beatles "Somewhere" from deep in my computer and played it. Treebeard played it, but he had us all disconnected from his show at the time. I'm hip, really, I'm hip! BTW, how much does a nickel baggie cost these days?

I have most of the Beatles songs and even a big collection of Styx I'm hip, I tell you.

Auhhhh, well then I guess it's back to Opera or the Stuttgart Symphony Orchestra, which I used to see often while in the military, even though Elvis was nearby at that time.

Uuuuh, I gotta go. I'm really going to smash them on the mats tonight. UGH!
