Having listened to all my prog rock buddies go on and on about this Swedish band called Opeth I decided to check them out. Dayum! I’m not too big on the death metal growling vocals much but they mix it with clean singing as well and great instrumental abilities.

I picked up Slave to the System last night. They are half Brother Cain members and a few gusy from Queens Ryche. Good stuff.

I also heard that Queens Ryche will be bringing out Operation Mind Crime II soon. Can't wait!

There's no doubt that Op:Mindcrime II will be in my collection, if indeed, it is real and gets released.

Also there is no doubt that it could never be as good as the Op: Mindcrime. That CD is several steps beyind just being amazing. Being wrong about my prediction for the sequel would make me a happy man.
