Now one more question. How do I determine what the width should be? Is that arbitrary? How is it related to the source photo's dimensions? For example, the pic I was going to test with is 1278x959.”

“Just that if you've blown out the page and you wanna get rid of the pic, you can go back to whereever you uploaded and saved the source image (like in photobucket) and either delete or rename the source image.

Since the html code on this site refers to a specific filename - it'll return the little red x instead of the giant image.

THen you can redo the html to display the image with the command


width="400" included so you don't blow out the page with the new renamed image.

“the width code is arbitrary - you can specify a height too, but theres no need.

Most browsers will keep the height proportional to the width.

300 or 400 is a good size for the layout of the TT pages.

the number refers to pixels btw.

so 400 means there are 400 pixels in the width of the displayed image.”
